Receptionist - Susan Weaver was hired to handle day to day interactions with customers. Although the Laboratory's research focus remains CLASSIFIED, revenue must still be generated. Mixten Genetics offers many services including ancestry tracking and screening for genetic disease, among others. For example, medical staff on hand routinely handle first aid in the case of accidents, but they also provide blood donation services. Receptionist - Weaver is the first face anyone seeking these services will see.

Her most interesting quirk appears to be her fixation on crime dramas and documentaries. She often spends most of her work hours streaming television programming at her desk and seldom leaves. I only ever see her step away for lunch and trips to the employee restroom. The Doctor has not taken note of my multiple flags on her employee record for this behavior. Either he has not noticed or does not care.

Her interactions with other staff are also interesting. Despite her polite and helpful personality with customers, she displays very different characteristics with staff. Although respectful of the Doctor, likely because he is her immediate superior, she often teases and is openly rude to other staff members. This is most often associated with their responses to REDACTED. I surmise she puts on this tough persona with staff as a defense mechanism.
